Project of a sport complex - Liquid Architecture
We are accustomed to the static architecture, inanimate like a stone. I am not protesting against the stones, and sometimes surprised by their ability to cause thoughts or emotions by their silence.
But the desire for freedom is raises doubts in things which seemed to be indisputable before. Standing under majestic cliffs can once become boring, and the weight and significance of those rocks become not so breathtaking any more. At such moments there is a desire to raise architecture and twirl it in hands, to throw it into the sea, to sculpt one's thoughts out of it.
Sometimes you want architecture to become alive, to change itself depending on your mood or needs. This project represents an attempt to give architecture an opportunity to change.
